I offer private cooking classes that focus on ways to intuitively prepare foods that encompass your individual dietary needs and wellness goals. We’ll highlight local ingredients, whole foods, and flavorful herbs and spices from a variety of cuisines. Nothing super fancy - just delicious and fresh.
We will cover batch cooking/meal prepping, how to shop seasonally and ways to navigate the farmer’s market.
